How we deal with privacy

Y our privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We handle your details as carefully as possible and will only ask for them when it is absolutely necessary.

Our website uses two types of cookies. A cookie is a small, simple text file that is placed on your computer when you visit our website.

This text file logs information. We use a cookie to gain an insight into the use of our website, via Google Analytics. We do this so that we are able to improve on our website and our services.

We also use a so-called session id-cookie. This session cookie is required to use the site and will automatically be removed when you leave.

We treat your personal details with the utmost care. Your details will only be used for the purpose of which you left them. This means that, when you leave your name and (email) address at our website when filing a complaint or asking a question, we will only use your details to handle the complaint or to answer your question.

If you decide not to leave your personal details, we will not be able to handle your complaint or question via the form on the website. In that case, we recommend that you contact us by phone (+31(0)35-6460860. To file a complaint, you need to be able to identify yourself in all cases.

Five years (max.) after you filed your complaint or your question was answered, your details will automatically be removed. You have the right to request/review/change/remove your details in the meantime. If you want to use this right, please let us know at info@nicam.nl.
